I'm not sure if we should use Pspell anymore since it hasn't been updated since 2001. Aspell can be accessed with PHP. It'll help make this article more clear if we just refer to Aspell.
pspell uses aspell libraries so it's the same thing?

What about the .net solution?
How come this page doesn't mention the .net solution that is included in the .net package? This page says php is required which to me seems misleading. See http://ondotnet.deap.nu/2009/01/implementing-tinymce-spellchecker-with.html for further details.
