Creating a theme

If you need to modify the look and feel or add custom buttons/controls simply copy the pages/fm directory to a custom name like pages/mytheme and modify the general.theme option so that it contains the mytheme name. Then just modify it as you wish, but you will have to synchronize changes to files your self when we do new releases.
